Farm House Project This kitchen remodel took place in a turn of the century farm house. Working with the Drenners we chose to create an antique kitchen look offering authentic character, unique dimension and visual interest. The antique style is often achieved through individual pieces, such as islands, cupboards or cabinetry, designed to look like they have been there forever. To compliment the home we used Select Alder and finished the cabinets using black color with an antique and distressed finish. The door and drawer style utilize a simplistic shaker style. For the back splash we used a traditional style bead board with a sage green antique finish. The kitchen boasts a plate rack cupboard and a large angled island with seating behind it. Winter Park Project These photos were taken during the cabinet installation prior to the completion of the home. We completed the kitchen, bar and 5 bathrooms in this new construction custom home. All cabinetry is Knotty Alder, finished with a cinnamon stain and brushed with a mocha glaze. The door and drawer fronts feature a traditional raised panel accented with applied moldings to compliment the rustic, post and beam construction. To emphasize the cook top area the kitchen incorporated corner towers units. The appliances, all customized with wood panels bestow the feel of truly a finished kitchen. Custom features in the kitchen consist of a coffee station with pocket doors, hammered copper farm sink, and floor to beam cabinetry utilizing custom depths. CLICK HERE TO VIEW ALL PICTURES |
